We make all dimensions according to the customer’s request and specification. We mainly process Oak and EAT Poplar.
Board – a type of wood where the width (face) is at least twice as large as the thickness (edge). Boards can have different dimensions in width, length and thickness. Also, they can be made from different parts of the log, which significantly affects the quality of edge and face processing. If they are made from the outer part of the log, the presence of bark is allowed on them. The degree of processing affects the price of timber, while the quality of the boards also depends on the degree of their drying.

Dry board – quality and stable material for long-term use
Sawn lumber with a moisture content of no more than 12% according to GOST standards can only be obtained by drying in special chambers. In this way, manufacturers prepare boards for export.
Natural drying in a covered, ventilated warehouse allows the moisture content of the boards to be reduced to at least 22%, where it is important to take into account the season. In the colder months, the natural moisture content of the wood is usually higher. Naturally dried lumber is similar in quality to chamber-dried lumber, but its price is significantly lower.
Dry wood is ready-to-use lumber. It is resistant to biological influences such as fungi, mold and insects. It can be effectively treated with antiseptic agents, because dry wood absorbs water solutions more intensively. Compared to wet wood, dry wood has greater strength and hardness, often less weight, and is not subject to bending and other deformations.
Compliance with ISPM 15 standard
Guarantee for microbiological correctness of pallets and wooden material. Compliance with the ISPM 15 standard is a key condition for the unrestricted use of pallets in international transport and trade (export).
Application of IPPC standards ensures that fungi, microorganisms and insects are not transferred in international traffic.
Most of our pallets are processed exclusively thermally, without the use of chemical agents, in accordance with the ISPM 15 standard.
